SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from U.S.-based suppliers. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.95 applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@velunarabeauty.com within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, we can't modify orders.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Are your skincare products cruelty-free?

Yes. None of our skincare products are tested on animals. We work exclusively with suppliers who share this commitment.

Are your products paraben-free?

Yes. Every skincare product in our store is free from parabens, sulfates, and phthalates. We review every ingredient list before listing a product.

What skin types are your serums for?

Our serums are formulated for all skin types. The Hyaluronic Acid Serum is ideal for dry or dehydrated skin. The Kojic Acid Serum targets uneven tone. The Vitamin C + Niacinamide Serum works for brightening and texture. If you're unsure, start with the Hyaluronic Acid Serum — it works for everyone.

How do I use the beauty tools?

Each product page includes a "The Ritual" section with step-by-step instructions for how to use that tool as part of your morning or evening skincare routine.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Opened skincare products are eligible for store credit. Beauty tools can be returned within 30 days if defective.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@velunarabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
