We want you to love what you buy. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE

Unopened Products
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Opened Skincare Products
Because skincare products come into contact with your skin, opened items are eligible for store credit (not a cash refund) within 30 days of delivery. Store credit never expires.

Beauty Tools
Defective or damaged tools may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Tools in used but functional condition are eligible for store credit.

Bundles
The complete bundle must be returned together. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.

Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at hello@velunarabeauty.com with:
   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you'd like to return
   • Your reason for returning
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Ship item(s) back in original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Defective or incorrect items: Velunara covers return shipping (we'll email a prepaid label).
• Change-of-mind returns: Customer covers return shipping.

EXCHANGES

We don't process direct exchanges at this time. Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@velunarabeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.
