SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50
- Flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $50
Delivery Times
Standard U.S. shipping: 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@velunarabeauty.com. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or send a replacement.
